Canceling your subscription
Cancel anytime. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

You can cancel anytime, from the same place you subscribed.
If you subscribed on the web
- Open the web app → Settings → Subscription
- Click Manage subscription (opens Stripe Customer Portal)
- Click Cancel plan
- Confirm
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. You keep all Premium / Ultra features until then. After that, your account drops to Free — your canvases and briefs stay intact, but new AI operations will hit the Free credit limit.
If you subscribed in the iOS App Store
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name → Subscriptions
- Tap FrameworkList
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Same logic: you keep access through the end of the paid period. Apple sends you an email confirmation.
Refunds
- Web (Stripe): we don't auto-refund partial periods, but if you have unusual circumstances, email [email protected] within 7 days and we'll review case-by-case.
- iOS (App Store): refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue iOS refunds — Apple controls all billing.
What happens after cancellation
- Subscription status changes to "expired" once the paid period ends
- AI credits drop to the Free allotment
- Canvases, briefs, profile, and all other data stay intact
- You can resubscribe anytime — picks up cleanly
