Requesting account deletion
Email support to delete your account and all associated data. Permanent and unrecoverable.
Account deletion isn't surfaced in the app yet — it's a manual request to support.
How to request
Email [email protected] from the address tied to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll respond within 2 business days.
To prevent accidental deletion, we'll send one confirmation request before processing. Reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
When we process the deletion:
- Your auth record (Google / Apple / email link)
- Your profile (display name, avatar)
- All canvases and briefs
- AI interaction history
- Settings and preferences
Within 30 days of the deletion request, all data is purged from production. Backups roll off the same way over the following 30 days.
What doesn't get deleted
- Billing records — kept as long as legally required for tax and accounting (typically 7 years), per Stripe / Apple's terms
- Aggregate analytics — already de-identified, retained as-is
Cancel your subscription first
If you have an active subscription, cancel it before requesting deletion to avoid being charged for the next period:
- Web subscription: Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription → Cancel
- iOS subscription: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → cancel FrameworkList

In-app deletion
We're working on a self-serve deletion button in Settings. Until then, the email route is the only path.
