I subscribed on iOS — can I use the web app?

Yes. Same account = same subscription. Here's what to expect.

Account & billingUpdated

Yes. Your iOS subscription unlocks the web app automatically as long as you sign in with the same account.

What works

  • All AI features (canvas generation, refinement, brief building)
  • Your monthly credit allotment
  • PDF export on briefs (Premium feature, included)
  • All canvases and briefs you've created on iOS

What's different

  • The Manage subscription button in web Settings is hidden. You have to manage from your iPhone (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
  • You can't upgrade or downgrade from web. Same: do it on iPhone.
  • You can't cancel from web. Same: iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.

What if I tried to subscribe again on web?

We block it. If the system detects an active iOS subscription on your account, the web checkout returns a polite "Already subscribed via iOS" notice and won't process payment. We never want to double-charge.

What if my iOS subscription expires or fails?

Once Apple reports the subscription is gone (cancellation, billing issue, refund), your web account drops back to Free within a few minutes. You can then subscribe via web (Stripe) if you want.

Account matching

The pairing is by email address. If you subscribed on iOS using a different email than you sign into web with, the systems can't pair them automatically.

Tell us at [email protected] and we'll merge the accounts manually. Include both emails plus the Apple receipt if you have it.
