Managing your subscription

Where to upgrade, downgrade, change payment, or cancel — depends on whether you subscribed via web or iOS.

Where you manage your subscription depends on where you originally subscribed:

If you subscribed on the web

  • Go to Settings → Subscription in the web app
  • Click Manage subscription — this opens the Stripe Customer Portal
  • From the portal you can: change plan, update payment method, view invoices, cancel

The portal is a hosted Stripe page; changes apply within seconds to your FrameworkList account.

If you subscribed in the iOS App Store

  • Open Settings on your iPhone
  • Tap your name → Subscriptions
  • Find FrameworkList in the list
  • From there you can change plan, change payment method, or cancel

Apple handles the entire billing relationship — we don't have access to your credit card. The Manage subscription button is hidden in the web app for iOS-billed users because we can't actually manage it for you.

Switching from one to the other

You can't transfer an iOS subscription to web (or vice versa) directly. To switch:

  1. Cancel the current subscription in the place you bought it
  2. Wait for the current period to end (you keep access until then)
  3. Subscribe again via the new channel

We won't double-charge — web checkout is blocked while an iOS subscription is active.

Upgrading tiers (Premium → Ultra)

  • On web: Stripe Portal → Update subscription → pick the new plan. Pro-rated.
  • On iOS: iPhone Settings → Subscriptions → FrameworkList → change plan. Apple handles proration.
