Searching and organizing your library
Finding past canvases and briefs as your library grows.
Two pages list your saved work:
- Frameworks (sidebar tab) — every canvas you've created
- Briefs (sidebar tab) — every strategy brief you've generated
Both support search and sorting.
Search
A search bar at the top of each list filters by:
- Scenario text (the sentence you wrote at the top of the canvas)
- Framework name (e.g. typing "swot" filters to SWOT canvases)
- Headline text (for briefs)
Search runs client-side — it's instant and works offline.
Sorting
By default, lists are sorted most recently updated first. Switch to alphabetical with the sort control next to the search bar.
Renaming and deleting
Every canvas and brief has a kebab menu (⋯) in its header with Rename and Delete options. Renaming changes only the scenario text — the underlying canvas/brief id stays stable so links keep working.
Deleting is permanent — there's no trash bin. We'll prompt you to confirm.
Cross-device sync
Lists are synced from the same Supabase backend that the iOS app uses. Anything you create on iPhone shows up here in real time, and vice versa.
If you don't see something you created on iOS, refresh the page — occasionally the SWR cache lags.
Bulk operations
Not supported yet. If you want to delete a batch of old canvases, do it one at a time. We'll add multi-select when enough users ask for it.
