How we handle your data

What we store, where, who can see it, and how to get it deleted. Short version: your canvases are private by default; we don't sell anything to anyone.

What we store

  • Account basics: email, display name, avatar URL, sign-in provider
  • Subscription state: tier, billing origin (Stripe / Apple), period dates — not your card number; Stripe and Apple hold those
  • Your work: every canvas and brief you create, with timestamps
  • AI conversation context: the prompts you sent and the AI responses, kept to support refinement and brief generation
  • Minimal analytics: aggregated, de-identified usage (page views, feature usage). No third-party trackers, no marketing pixels.

What we don't store

  • Your payment card details (Stripe / Apple's job)
  • Browsing history outside FrameworkList
  • Location data beyond what your IP implicitly provides
  • Anything from other apps or services

Who can see your work

  • You — always
  • Anyone you explicitly share with — currently only via Copy Link to other signed-in users on your account
  • Our team — only when investigating a support request you've sent, or under legal compulsion (warrant, subpoena). We don't browse user data for analytics or marketing.
  • AI providers — when you trigger an AI operation, your scenario + relevant context is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic / Claude). We don't allow that data to be used for model training; the provider agreement covers this.

Storage location

  • Database: Supabase (Postgres) — currently in the AWS US region
  • File storage: Supabase Storage for avatars
  • Backups: daily, encrypted at rest, 30-day retention

Getting your data out

We don't have a self-serve export yet. If you need a copy, email [email protected] and we'll send you a JSON dump of your canvases, briefs, and profile within 7 days.

Deleting your data

See Requesting account deletion for the full flow. Short version: email support, we'll confirm, and within 30 days everything except billing records is purged.

Marketing emails

We send transactional emails (welcome, billing receipts) and an optional weekly newsletter (opt-in via the newsletter form in the footer; unsubscribe anytime). We don't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone else.
