Generating new product ideas from our existing dashboard product

SCAMPER prompts and ideas
  1. Substitute — replace static charts with conversational queries
  2. Combine — bundle dashboards with weekly written commentary
  3. Adapt — borrow the "morning briefing" model from finance apps
  4. Modify — make dashboards mobile-first, not just responsive
  5. Put to other use — repurpose dashboards as embedded customer reports
  6. Eliminate — remove the homepage; default users into their last view
  7. Reverse — start from "what do you want to know?" not "here's everything"
